WorkSignals uses the Bureau of Labor Statistics Employment Projections table 1.2 for the 2025–35 projection period, released in August 2026.
Measures
- Growth is projected percentage employment change from 2025 to 2035.
- Annual openings are the BLS annual average and include growth plus replacement needs.
- Pay is the 2025 median annual wage.
- Preparation reflects BLS typical education, related experience and on-the-job training categories.
